No luck

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. However, I tried replacing the Evaluate line with:

Shell (" Copy SameTFile$ SameTFileOld$",1)

but Notes did not like it. I get an error "Unexpected: Shell; Expected: Statement

I understand your logic in the change but I cant seem to get the syntax correct
